Roasted Asparagus

This is my favorite way to prepare fresh asparagus.

Simply place the asparagus on a cookie sheet, drizzle with olive oil, toss a bit, sprinkle with sea salt and freshly ground pepper, then roast for approximately 15 minutes at 425 degrees. Yum!!!
